Where are Pierre Poisson clothes manufactured?
The products of Pierre Poisson are handcrafted in Montreal, Quebec. Fabrics are individually cut and sewn from start to finish by the same dressmaker. The buttons are placed by hand and pressing is carefully executed.

What are the shipping charges
Delivery is free for shipments in Canada and the United States.

How long does the delivery take?
When you place your order, we sew the garment in the following days and send it by Xpress Post. If you live in Canada, you will receive your package 2 to 3 weeks after your order. If you live in the United States, you will receive your package 3 to 4 weeks after your order.

Can I return a garment?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that the clothes have not been worn, you can return it by mail within 30 days to be reimbursed. We reserve the right to remove a compensatory amount for administrative costs and delivery. Please do not forget to include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return and your full contact information.

What taxes apply?
We pay all applicable taxes (PST and GST for Quebec residents; HST for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland residents; and GST for all others Canadian provinces and territories). There is no tax applicable for customers living outside Canada but some customs charges are to be expected.
